Updated practice note on challenging secondary legislation by judicial review

We have substantially amended and republished Practice note, Challenging secondary legislation by judicial review, co-authored by Charles Brasted and Andrew Heaton from Hogan Lovells International LLP, which analyses the legal grounds and procedure for challenging secondary legislation by judicial review.
