Statement regarding COVID-19
We are following advice to do all we can to minimise risk to our clients and staff while maintaining the service you expect of us. For obvious reasons we ask you not to call at the office. We shall do all we can by post, telephone and email. Please understand that while all letters, emails and messages will be answered, this may take longer than usual.

It is generally advisable to have a will. For some, this is a straightforward exercise; for others, much more challenging.

Your priorities for the people and causes dearest to you are something we endeavour to understand. You may have in mind asset protection, the inheritance tax regulations and the use of trusts to protect vulnerable family members. We can advise on ways in which those wishes can be formulated by will and the tax and other implications of doing so.

You may already have a will but it will be helpful if you consider the matters on the questionnaire attached and you may wish to complete this before any meeting.
