Residential Property Department
The residential property team at Franklins is independent and offers a local, personal and professional service.
Your matter will not be delegated to an unqualified assistant. Our approach is the opposite of the call centre based “factory” style of conveyancing.
Instead, every case is handled by a qualified member of staff. Our clients value our friendly and personal service, our considerable professional expertise and local knowledge. Where we provide a quote for your work, that quote will have no hidden extras for, for example, dealing with a mortgage or registering the title at the land registry.
